In this Terms of Service, the words "you" and "your" will refer to the client, while "I" and "me" will refer to the artist. By commissioning me, you agree that you understand that you will be bound by this Terms of Service.

Commission process:

​

- After we’ve agreed on a motive and price, I send an invoice for 50% of the final price via Paypal.

- After I’ve received the payment, I start working on a sketch for you.

- I send you the sketch and you can ask for changes up to a certain point (please note that if you have a certain artistic vision in mind it is best to give me plenty of references before I start sketching)

- After we’ve agreed, I start working on the final piece.

- Once I’m done I send a small resolution file of the finished product to you – then you send the final 50% of the payment and I send you the full resolution file.

 

1. These Terms will apply regardless of the method you use to contact and/or to commission me. It is your responsibility to review these terms before commissioning me, and I may discontinue, modify, remove any parts of these terms.

2. You may not use your commissioned art for commercial purpose. My art should be for personal uses only.

​

3. You may not trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form(i.e. painting over a specific portion of the drawing) without my permission.

4. I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their requests.

​

5. Payments must be made ONLY after I have agreed to your commission and send an invoice. Once the payment is made, I will start on your drawing as soon as I reach you on the list.
 

> Usual time needed for a finished commission is 1~2 months depending on complexity.

> Please note: If you have a specific deadline you'd like your commission by, please discuss it with me prior to commissioning me.

6. All changes to characters must be mentioned before the payment goes through unless - at least 2 months have passed since your payment and you have confirmed with me that I have not started on your commission.

7. Refunds will only be available for the following reasons, as all other transactions are final:

​

a) you have mentioned a deadline before your payment went through, but have not received your commissioned piece by that date

b) you have sent an incorrect amount of payment.

8. All payments must be made through the Paypal invoice I provide.

​

9. Your commissioned piece will be a digital file. There will be no shipping of any physical copy or item. If you want to commission a traditional artwork from me, please contact me about it.

​

10. Your commission may be included in my portfolio and/or uploaded into public websites. However, all images will be watermarked and only you will have the original piece.

11. By commissioning me, you agree to all of these terms.
